When we left my wife commented on how helpful they were and was very impressed with the quality of service. I told her of my issue from a year ago and explained after the quality if the service today I regret leaving the negative review. As the forgiving type and with the quality of service I experienced today, I can't say enough good about Rob's Guns.

Has both new and used guns. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. No matter if you are new to guns or an old veteran, they will take care of you. And they stand behind their guns - lifetime warranty from them on all guns bought new in their store.
All I say, the service was impeccable! Dave, Flint and Rob all assisted, and Dave went far above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. Of course, it turns out the wife didn't have a problem at all, only me. Nonetheless, they looked my wife's gun over, took like models from their inventory and compared even suggesting taking pictures to prove her gun was perfectly fine. On the other hand, I had lost a spring in my gun, and Dave went above and beyond finding a replacement for my gun getting me back on track.
About a year ago, I had a not so pleasant experience at Rob's Guns and swore never to step foot back in the place.
This was my first visit and enjoyed the interaction we had with all associates here. They have lots of firearms to choose from and the folks we spoke with appeared to be very knowledgeable. I will probably be back. :)
First time there. Will DEFINITELY be back!!! THE BEST and most courteous staff in any gun shop that we have been in. I just wish they were open in Perryville...but it will sure be worth the drive back. Soon!!
Well, being the forgiving type I figured if I ever needed something "little" I'd try one more time. Today, my wife had an issue with her gun and with Rob's being right off the highway I reluctantly told her we'll take to Rob's Guns and let them look at it. I had a little gun issue with my own gun, so i thought since I'm going i might as well take mine too.
