They can't seem to get glasses ordered correctly or assembled correctly or on time, and they can't get their billing straight, (we were told, in person, that we didn't owe anything further, and then received a bill 2 months later, couldn't figure out how to bill our vision insurance, tried to bill our medical insurance for exams, etc.).
Dr. Brennon is the best doc around he follows through and always shows his compassion for his patients, and follows up especially. I will continue to be forever his patient wherever he is!
None of the front office staff seems to know their bunghole from their elbow. I wouldn't take a stray dog to get glasses here.
Dr. Brennan is excellent! I have gone to him for many years. My grandkids go to Dr. Wiles and he is just great with them. Highly recommend these doctors.
Complete Vision Care is an excellent facility for my family's eye health care. Dr. Wiles was very thorough and listened to my concerns and particular needs. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful to me and my husband with choosing the right glasses for our lifestyle. They provided helpful information about our insurance and their in office discounts saved us a considerable amount. The selection was very good and the facility was large, bright and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend Complete Vision Care to anyone. I have been using them for years, as needed, and it seems to get better with every visit. I barely walked in and they were taking me back, then as soon as the nurse completed her assessment and closed the door the doctor was walking in. Dr. Wiles was very thorough and genuinely concerned. I had not been there for a couple years and it was like I had been there regularly. The girls are very personable and entertaining!
Terrible. We have been patients of Dr. Spray's for over 10 years now, but since she is now associated with this sorry excuse for a medical practice, we'll be finding a new eye doctor.
