Encouraging, positive, and energetic atmosphere with super friendly staff. It's very clean...bonus! They have a calendar of events and classes for anyone to join in on.
Out of all the gyms we have been to, this one is the one we call home. Good equipment, great people.
This is a small gym where people are there to work out, not to be seen. They don't have the newest high tech equipment but everything works and will get the job done. They have a private room for women to work out if they are self conscious and a lot of group class options.
