Called a few days ahead of my visit to see if we could make an appointment for Saturday morning. The woman on the line said they didn't do appointments, but that they opened at 9 on Saturday. So I arrived at 10:30 Saturday morning after driving an hour and a half. They were closed. A sign on the door said they wouldn't open until noon. Very frustrating.

Special Memories staff is always there to help you with your special memory! The seamstress and owner are wonderful when it comes to sewing. They are truly miracle workers! I would recommend Special Memories to anyone who wants to have a great shopping experience!
The first time we went, there was a girl that was very rude and not helpful, the mng later appologized and said they were to be hiring someone new that hopefully that person wouldn't be working there long. After the run in with that one girl things were better. Be sure to call for the hours because they have changed. I traveled over 20 miles hoping to get there in time before they closed on a saturday and they actually closed an hour earlier. I only wanted to come back and try on ONE dress. No other bridal store had this particular dress. I was very disappointed. Needless to say I went back so I could try on that dress.
